The Intro classes fill quickly.
Pick the class you want and if it is already taken, you will be emailed alternative times for you to choose from.
Payment - Cash and cheques only. Come 10 minutes before the first class to make your payment.

Pricing (all prices subject to hst)
A Card - 10 classes - $15/class x 10 equals $150
Classes are 1 1/2 hours. That equals $10 per hour.
The card is valid for 14 weeks.
After September 1st, for 16 weeks.
Privates for one or two people are $75.00
Drop-ins are $22.12
