How many Intro classes do I need?

There are three factors that will determine this. They are age, experience and tension.

Age category         Approximate number of Intro classes needed

18 to 25                  2 to 4 classes
 
25 to 35                  4 to 6 classes 

35 to 49                  6 to 7 classes. 

50 plus                   7 to 9 classes.

If you have any kind of dance background, then you can take one or two classses off the average.

If you hold lots of tension, add a class or two.

Remember, these are just averages. I've had a 50 year old woman get through this in only two hours! And now she's having lots of fun!

Pricing (all prices subject to hst)

A Card - 10 classes - $15/class x 10 equals $150
Classes are 1 1/2 hours. That equals $10 per hour.
The card is valid for 14 weeks.

Privates for one or two people are $75.00

Drop-ins are $22.12
